No. We're a healthcare concierge — your expert advocate when you're paying cash. We are licensed insurance brokers, so if a plan would actually help you, we'll tell you and help you enroll.
What if I have an emergency?
If you have an emergency, call 911. After the fact, forward us any bills — we help with negotiation and charity-care applications, which can substantially reduce or eliminate emergency charges for many uninsured patients, if possible.
How fast do I get my lineup?
Within 72 hours of intake. If you flag a near-term care need, we'll prioritize that one and get options to you sooner.
What about my privacy?
Wellward Direct is HIPAA-compliant from day one. Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We never sell your data to anyone, ever. You can request a full deletion at any time, and our team is HIPAA-trained on workforce security.
